كرياتين + إل-أرجينين

Taking these 15-30 minutes before training is now part of my routine, and the capsules go down easy without any weird aftertaste. I've been consistent for three weeks and the pump during my lifts feels noticeably fuller, though I'm curious how long that will last.

I've been taking the two capsules about 20 minutes before lifting for a few weeks now, and the pre-training timing really does seem to make a difference in my focus. Only downside is I wish the bottle said how long a supply lasts, since I'm already planning my next order.

The 2-capsule dose is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. Noticed a slight boost in focus during my lifts, though I can't say the pump was dramatic. Solid value for the price, just wish the tub had a bit more product.
