The 30-serving tub slides right into my gym bag without taking up much room, so I actually remember to take it every morning. Sticking with this has made my pre-workout ritual feel a lot more consistent, and the serving size is easy to measure out.

It’s easy to stay consistent when you’ve got a full month’s worth of servings lined up. I just mix one scoop into my morning shake and I’m set for the day — the 30-serving tub lasts me exactly as long as my training block.

The 30-serving size is perfect for testing whether a supplement fits my routine without committing to a huge tub. I've been adding it to my morning shake for two weeks now and it's easy to measure out each time.
