شيلاجيت

Three weeks in and I'm taking it daily with breakfast like the label says, no stomach upset at all. The capsule itself has no weird smell or aftertaste, which is a relief since I've tried other supplements that made me gag. Just hoping the energy boost keeps up.

The capsule is small and easy to swallow, which matters to me because I hate big pills. I've been taking it daily with dinner for three weeks now and I feel like my afternoon energy slump isn't hitting as hard.

I was a little worried about the capsule size when I first saw the bottle, but taking it once a day with my lunch has been super easy to remember. Three weeks in and I feel like my afternoon slump isn't hitting as hard, which is exactly what I hoped for.
