Started taking these about three weeks ago for recovery and I'm actually surprised how consistent the effect feels. I just take the two capsules with dinner like the label says, and my post-workout soreness has been noticeably less brutal.

Took these with dinner for two weeks straight, and the two-capsule dose is easy to remember—no stomach issues at all. I feel noticeably more recovered after workouts and my energy stays steady through the afternoon. Just wish I'd started these sooner.

The two-capsule serving with a meal is easy to fit into my morning routine, and I appreciate that the label clearly warns it's not for anyone under 18. It's been about three weeks now and I feel noticeably more recovered after my heavier training days.
