تودكا (كبسولات)

Two weeks in and my morning routine finally feels complete. I just take one capsule with breakfast like the label says, and it sits fine on my stomach even with coffee.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate since I’m sensitive to that. I’ve been taking one with my biggest meal each day for about two weeks now and feel noticeably more comfortable after eating fatty foods.

Took one with dinner like the label says and honestly forgot I'd taken it until the next morning—no weird aftertaste or upset stomach. The single-capsule dose is simple enough to stick with daily, and I've been feeling noticeably steadier energy after about two weeks.
