I’ve been adding this to my morning smoothie for two weeks now, and the vitamin blend actually makes me feel less sluggish on recovery days. One scoop in 8 ounces of water dissolves without clumping, which is more than I can say for other powders I’ve tried.

The vanilla flavor mixes cleanly into cold water without clumps, and the added vitamin blend actually makes me feel less sluggish the morning after leg day. One scoop in my post-workout shake is enough to tide me over until dinner.

Mixes up easily in a shaker with just water, which is convenient for post-gym. The vitamin blend is a nice touch, though I wish it dissolved a bit faster when I’m in a rush.
