Capsules are easy to swallow, and taking two with dinner has become a seamless part of my evening. Three weeks in, I feel noticeably more focused during my afternoon work block.

My usual 2-capsule-a-day routine with breakfast has been surprisingly easy to stick to, and the capsules don't leave any weird aftertaste or upset my stomach. I've only been taking them for about three weeks, but I feel like my focus at work is noticeably steadier through the afternoon slump.

The 2-capsule daily dose fits easily into my morning routine, and I appreciate that it’s meant to be taken with a meal. My focus feels noticeably steadier by mid-afternoon, which is a real change from my usual slump.
