I was skeptical about adding another supplement to my routine, but the fact that the dosage is just three capsules with a meal made it easy to stick with. After a few weeks, I've noticed I'm not crashing in the afternoons the way I used to.

Took the three-capsule dose with dinner and stuck with it for two weeks straight. The routine is easy to remember since it's tied to a meal, and I feel noticeably steadier through the afternoon slump.

My energy levels have been noticeably steadier since I started taking these three capsules daily with dinner—no midday crash like I used to get. The bottle's been easy to keep track of, and I like that the directions are printed right on the label so I never second-guess the dose.
