Riley B. ★★★★★

My digestion has never been more regular since I started taking two capsules with dinner, and they're easy to swallow even without much water. The fact that they work best with a meal fits my routine perfectly, and I feel a noticeable difference in my energy by mid-afternoon.

Violet ★★★★★

I've been taking these two capsules with dinner for a few weeks now and my usual afternoon leg cramps have quieted down noticeably. The bottle is easy to manage and the capsule size isn't hard to swallow, which was my biggest worry.

Scarlett ★★★★★

The 2-capsule serving is straightforward—I just take them with dinner and don't notice any stomach upset. After about a week, my restless legs have calmed down noticeably at night.
