Kreatin tuggtabletter

The three-tablet serving is easy to split up throughout the day, and they dissolve fairly quickly with a glass of water—no chalky aftertaste like I was bracing for. I've been consistent for two weeks now and my morning recovery feels noticeably less sluggish.

Three chews with a glass of water is easy enough to fit into my post-workout routine, and they go down way smoother than the powder I used to choke down. The texture is pleasantly chewy, not chalky at all. I've been taking them daily for a couple weeks and my recovery feels noticeably quicker.

These chew tabs have completely replaced my powder routine. I just pop three with my morning water and I’m done, no more sticky shaker cups or clumps. They dissolve fast enough and don’t taste chalky at all.
