แอล-อาร์จินีน + แอล-ซิทรูลีน (แคปซูล)

Two capsules with my lunch is easy to remember, and I notice the pump effect kicking in about thirty minutes into my workout now. The capsules don't leave that weird aftertaste I got from powder versions, which is a win for me.

Third week in and the pump during my workouts is noticeably fuller, even on days I train fasted. The capsules are easy to swallow and I just take two with breakfast, no stomach issues at all.

The two-capsule serving fits easily into my morning routine, and I’ve felt noticeably fuller during workouts since starting it. Even on days I’m tired, the pump seems to stick around longer than it used to.
