Apigenin

The 50mg dose is exactly what I was looking for, and taking it after my evening meal has made a noticeable difference in how quickly I wind down. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate.

I've been taking one capsule with dinner for about three weeks now and my sleep has been noticeably deeper, without that groggy feeling the next morning. The vegan capsule is easy to swallow and I like that there's no weird aftertaste.

The 50mg dose per capsule is exactly what I was looking for, and since I started taking it with lunch my evening wind-down feels noticeably calmer. It's also nice knowing it's vegan and non-GMO, which checks a box for me.
