NAC - N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine

Been taking one capsule with breakfast every day for about a month now, and the capsule size is actually pretty easy to swallow compared to some other supplements I've tried. My allergy season feels a bit more manageable, and I haven't had any stomach issues taking it with food.

Three weeks in and my morning congestion is noticeably calmer, which I didn't expect from just one capsule a day. The size is easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset taking it with lunch.

Took one with breakfast and by the afternoon I noticed my breathing felt clearer, which I didn't expect. The capsule itself has no smell and goes down fine with water.
